Visionary Lettings can fully furnish the property to the standard that is required.

2. No Monthly Costs
Visionary Lettings can pay all utilities on the property (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, TV subsriptions and Internet) and arrange and pay for all cleaning and light maintenance on the property. (redeemed from rental income)

3. Landlord Receives Returns
Visionary Lettings will pay all utilities and maintainence on the property. This will be deducted from any rental income the property has accumulated that month. We will deduct our fee and the Landlord will receive the profit from their Property each month. 4. Fully Managed Service
Visionary House Share Ltd will fully manage your property and will arrange any maintenance work to be carried out. We will provide you with Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly statements for the rental of your property.
